Terms of Service

SupaBoot is a project generator. You choose your stack — framework, auth, database, payments, email, add-ons — and we generate a coherent repo you can push to GitHub. We don't host your app in production. That's your hosting, your env vars, your 2 a.m. deploys.

You sign in with GitHub so we can create repos under your account. Keep that connection healthy. You're responsible for what happens in repos we help you create and for activity tied to your account.

Pro is a one-time payment for lifetime access to generate projects on your personal workspace. The price shown at checkout is what you pay. We're not a subscription gym — no surprise monthly renewal from us for the generator itself.

We want you to feel good about buying SupaBoot. If it's not the right fit, email hello@supaboot.com within one month of purchase and we'll refund you — as long as you have generated no more than two projects on your workspace.

After the one-month window, or once you create a third project, the purchase is non-refundable. That limit keeps the policy fair for folks who have already shipped real work from their generated starters.

The code we generate is yours to use, modify, ship, or rewrite when inspiration strikes. We don't claim ownership of your repos. Open-source libraries in the template stay under their own licenses — those are between you and the maintainers.

Don't abuse the service: no scraping the wizard to resell our templates, no trying to break or overload our systems, no illegal use. We can suspend access if someone ruins the pond for everyone else.

We aim for solid, production-shaped starters, but software has bugs, APIs change, and “ready to ship” still means you should test before charging customers. SupaBoot is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law.

We may update these terms when we add features or integrations. Continued use after an update means you're okay with the new version.
